Can anyone recommend any skincare tips?

Recently my skin has become quite dull and I’m getting little under-the-skin spots which is annoying!! My boyfriend’s just gone away for a week and can anyone recommend any skincare tips to get my glow back for when he returns? I prefer to nurture from the inside out!

    try drinking loads of water, it helped my skin loads.

    about 8 glasses a day.

    DRINK LOTS & LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cant tell u enough how much it works, truely it dose wonders to ur skin!
    + try not to touch/squeez them… that just makes it worse…
    + if u do touch them, put ice on it… that makes the redness go away, which is the blood… it really works!

    Keep it simple. I have very good skin because I refuse to overload my skin. Drink 1.5 – 2 litres of water a day, get proper sleep, avoid alcohol & caffeine and eat healthily. Most importantly of all, let your skin breathe. Go make-up free for at least 3 days in a row and just use a light moisturiser in the morning.

    Drink lots of water and eat foods with lots of water in them like celery or salads. Don’t drink alcohol or soda, that will make your skin dull and or dry.

    Hello-

    If you want to do it from the inside out, you can eat lots of super foods like blueberries, goji berries, pomegranates, etc.

    This won’t happen overnight though.

    But these are great foods loaded with antioxidants that get rid of free radicals which damage your skin.

    try using a homemade facial scrub/exfoliator every morning and add natural moisturizers daily. here’s the ingredients for the scrub
    half a banana, mashed
    half a teaspoon of salt
    1 teaspoon of yogurt

    just mix it all together and leave it on for 5 minutes then rinse off. it works for me :]

    also, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. it REALLY helped my skin.

    Well my skin is very clear
    i wash make-up off every night and only were when i need to.
    I Use a face mask 2x a week.
    I Drink Lots of water.
    i know this sounds funny but take your cleanser and buy a electrick tooth brush
    and run it on you face make sure soft brisle.!!
    it may be red after (ONLY FOR 20 MIN)but it helps deep cleaning.
    Only 2 times a week though. to much will damage.
    i rub honey when my skin it dry.
    umm im thinking of more lol.
    tookpaste on pimples overnight .
    MOISTURIZE!! with spf.verry important
    ohh and i also use mineral make up witch does not clog pores
